Portrait Sessions

The SIGNATURE SESSION: $250

Your session fee includes 1-3 hours of a personalized session plus a private online gallery with a minimum of 30 images.  Available Sessions:

  • Newborn Session (within 2 weeks of birth): Includes interaction shots with mom and dad
  • Baby (over 2 weeks of age) & Kids Session: up to 3 siblings
  • High School Senior Session: 2-3 Locations and outfit changes
  • Family Session (up to 4 people*)

*A $25 fee will apply for each additional person (this fee is waived with per-purchase of a digital collection for large groups)

 

BABY PLAN: $550 (a $825 value)

A great way to capture your babies first year. Babies change so much in their first year and now you can capture all their changes along the way.  When your little one is 3 years old you are going to be able to remember that amazing first year.  There really is nothing like it!

Our Baby Plan includes

  • a newborn session
  • a session at 6 months
  • a session at 12 months
  • plus 25 birth announcements

 

MATERNITY SESSIONS:

Maternity sessions are beautiful way to capture the beauty of pregnancy.  And a wonderful way to remember such a brief time in your life.  If you can believe one day you will miss that big baby belly and maternity sessions are the perfect way to hold onto that moment in time.

Baby Bump Package $550 ($625 value)

  • a newborn session (prints/digital files sold separately)
  • a mini maternity session (30 minute outdoor session in the Llano Area, 10 edited images in an online gallery, 5 high resolution files on a disc).
  • 25 birth announcements

 

MINI SESSIONS: $100

Mini sessions are perfect for updating your family images, capturing your little ones growing through the year (6 months and a year sessions) or maternity images.  Sessions include:

  • 15 minute outdoor session
  • 10 edited images in a private gallery
  • 5 high resolution files on a disc with print release

Up to 4 family members. $25 fee for each additional person

 

Session Info

Sessions are  fun, unique and memorable!!

Sessions generally last from 1-3 hours. Newborn sessions tend to run longer. Sessions with younger children are shorter as their attention span is short.  Tonya loves to get to know them and you before she even picks up the camera. This helps everyone to feel more comfortable in front of the camera.  Her goal is to try to get you all to forget about the camera and focus interacting with each other.

Session Fees

The portrait photography session fee is a commission that covers your portrait consultation, portrait capture, image editing, minor retouching, online proof gallery, print consultation and order processing. The Session Fee is paid upon booking your appointment to reserve our time- cash, check or credit card.  8.25% sales tax is added to the session fee.  If you should need to reschedule, the fee is transferable to another session booked within 2 months. 

Location

All session take place on-location.  Sessions can take place either at your home or at an outdoor location.

Home sessions will use your home (inside and out) as a backdrop to your images.  Newborn sessions take place at your home.  If space or design is a concern you can have the sessions at a family member's house.

Outdoor locations can be anywhere that fits your style.  Landscapes, Farm & Ranch Settings, Lake area or private residence.  Tonya can help you to select the perfect place for your family.

Travel to locations outside of a 20 mile radius of Llano, Texas may incur an additional charge.

Viewing your Images and Ordering Prints

Images will be posted online and you will be notified at that time and given a password to your online gallery.  You may come by the office to view your images as well – please call to schedule an appointment with Tonya.  Please be prepared to place your entire print order at that time.  Your online gallery will be deleted 8 weeks from the day it is published.  (Should you need your gallery republished to the web at a later date, there is a $50.00 republishing fee for 8 additional weeks of viewing and a $100 minimum print order required.)

All photo prints are custom printed and designed to last for generations. All prints are purchased a la carte and due to the custom nature of photography. All print orders must be paid for at the time you place your order. Please allow approximately 3 weeks for print orders to arrive (depends on how busy the lab is).
